Discovery Call

Cancellation PolicyWe value your time and aim to provide the best possible service. Our cancellation policy for discovery calls is designed to be fair and flexible for all parties involved. Please review the following terms carefully:1. RefundsWe understand that schedules can change, and we strive to accommodate such changes whenever possible. Therefore, we offer a full refund to clients who cancel their discovery call at least one hour prior to the scheduled time. This one-hour notice period allows us to manage our schedule efficiently and offer the slot to other clients in need.Important Note:● No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than one hour before the scheduled discovery call. This policy is in place to respect the time of our team and other clients who may have been waiting for an available slot.2. ReschedulingWhile our general policy does not provide refunds for cancellations made less than one hour before the call, we aim to offer some flexibility in exceptional circumstances:● The therapist, according to their discretion, offer to reschedule the canceled discovery call for the next available slot that is mutually agreed upon by both parties. This rescheduling option is intended to ensure that clients still receive the opportunity to connect with us without financial loss.Exceptional Circumstances Include:● Unforeseen personal emergencies.● Sudden illness.● Other significant and unexpected events.We encourage clients to contact the therapist as soon as possible in such cases to discuss potential rescheduling options.General Guidelines● Communication: All cancellations and rescheduling requests should be communicated via email or phone to ensure they are received and processed in a timely manner.● Confirmation: Clients will receive a confirmation of cancellation or rescheduling via their preferred communication method.By adhering to these guidelines, we aim to provide a fair and transparent process that respects both the client’s and our team's time and commitments.
