Session Policies:1. All sessions must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. Rescheduling requires 24 hours’ notice. In case of emergencies, rescheduling may be allowed at the psychologist's discretion but is not guaranteed.2. Payment and Refunds: Payment for sessions or bundles must be made in advance. No refunds will be provided once payment is made, even if sessions remain unused or are canceled due to non-compliance with policies.3. Late Arrival and No-Show: Sessions will end at the scheduled time, even if you arrive late, to respect the next client’s time. If the client fails to show up for the session 15 minutes past the scheduled time, the session will be counted as a no-show, and no refunds will be provided.
